Corrugated Cardboard Pallets

Many countries have now introduced stricter import regulations on the use of wooden pallets. One requirement is these pallets must now be fumigated. This process is not only expensive but also imposes time restrictions on when the pallets can be used by. JMP’s heavy duty corrugated cardboard pallets can handle similar load capacities as wooden pallets, but are easier to handle during the packing process and furthermore reduce transportation costs due the low weight of the material.

All of JMP’s corrugated pallets are made from 100% recyclable materials and the glue used to assemble the components is non hazardous and odourless. Nails and splinters are also a thing of the past, items which were known to cause damage to products packed on wooden pallets.

One of Australia’s leading cardboard manufacturers tested the strength of these pallets and proved the different types of designs available had load bearing capacities ranging from 750kg to over 4 tonne! The extraordinary strength of these pallets is down to two key areas, quality of material and ingenuity of design.

Pallets can also be designed with 2 or 4 way entry points depending on your requirements.

One of the biggest advantages of JMP’s corrugated pallet is that it can be made in almost any size you require, and quickly. If a customer has a specific design requirement it can be made and delivered within days! You tell us your size and load requirements and we’ll design a pallet to meet your needs.

Best of all JMP’s corrugated pallets are priced comparatively with wooden pallets and in many cases lower than plastic pallets!

Benefits

Cardboard Bulk Bins

JMP’s collapsible bulk bins are essentially cardboard boxes on pallets. They can be housed on both cardboard and wooden pallets.

The 3 piece bulk bin comprises of a stand alone cardboard sleeve which is placed on top of a cardboard pallet. A cardboard lid is then used to seal the goods within the pallet increasing security and stability.

JMP's standard 3 piece bulk bin has a packing area of 1100 x 1100 x 1100mm. The bin sits on top of a cardboard pallet that is 1100 x 1100 x 110mm with a combined weight of under 10kg. The pallet can hold up to 1 tonne dynamic weight, however these bulk bins are not designed to double stack unless the product within can hold 100% of the weight of the bin and product above. As these bins are made from cardboard we can easily custom make to a users specific requirements.

JMP's 2 piece bulk bin is made with a fold out bin attached to a wooden pallet, which is also available heat treated for export. The cardboard lid is then used to seal the goods within the pallet increasing security and stability.

JMP's standard 2 piece bulk bin has a packing area of 1060 x 1070 x 900mm. The bin sits on top of a wooden pallet that is 1100 x 1100 x 110mm with a combined weight of under 22kg. The pallet can easily hold 1 tonne dynamic weight and due to the predominantly double wall structure can be double stacked.

All JMP bulk bins are made to order and require a minimum of 10 pieces.
